Our Story

Two Corporate Guys. One Shared Obsession.

Akshay and Mayur spent years grinding 9-to-5s while spending their evenings obsessing over gaming setups — scrolling Reddit builds, watching battlestation tours, and trying (often failing) to DIY their own spaces.

The hardware was easy to find. A trusted, end-to-end service to design and build the whole room? Nowhere. Every time they searched for someone to handle it all — the design, the lighting, the cables, the furniture — they hit a wall. DIY guides only go so far. No single source existed to do it all.

So in 2026, they quit their jobs and built it themselves. Level IO Studios exists to fill that gap — one epic gaming room at a time. We're not done loading.

Like most gamers, Akshay and Mayur invested heavily in hardware but struggled to bring the full vision together. DIY routes were time-consuming, fragmented, and rarely looked the part. The gap was obvious — and no one was filling it.

After years in the corporate world, the two connected over their shared obsession with gaming setups and a common frustration: there was no single, professional service in India that would handle everything — design, procurement, installation, and aesthetics — under one roof.

🚪 The Leap

In 2026, Akshay and Mayur quit their jobs. No half-measures. They went all-in on building the studio they'd always wished existed — one that treats gaming rooms as seriously as any premium interior project.

The studio launches with a full suite of services, original 3D design capabilities, and a clear mission: make India's gaming spaces extraordinary. The journey has just begun. We're not done loading.

Akshay Manocha

Chief Everything Officer

Akshay spent 6 years in the tech industry working across product and client-facing roles before co-founding Level IO. He brings a product mindset to every gaming room build — obsessing over the details that most people don't notice until they're missing. He leads every client brief from the first call to final delivery.

Mayur Rathi

Also Chief Everything Officer

Mayur comes from a software engineering background, having spent years building systems that actually work under pressure. At Level IO, he applies the same thinking to builds — structured, efficient, and no loose ends. He owns everything from vendor sourcing and procurement to on-site execution and setup.
